We started our solar pump business after struggling with windmills /"windpompe", the parts and the labour thereof.  We investigated the option of solar pumps and were very pleased with all its advantages.  We realized that the sun is more reliable than the wind, and in the summertime, when the animals need an enormous amount of water, we sometimes experience periods without favourable wind.  Add to that the high fuel prices and Eskom's unreliability, and it speaks of stress and disaster.  I still remember the first sun pump I installed on the farm and the quietness with which the water came out of the pipe.

 

Today, we are one of the biggest Solar Pump distributors in South Africa with superb after sale services and has expanded to other solar solutions throughout the years.
